Andy Chen is the founder of The RSVP Co, a boutique hospitality consultancy that develops boutique concepts for funds, developers, and brands. Andy has a vast network in media and entertainment, having previously founded Tidal Music (acquired by JayZ/RocNation), and Weorder Hospitality Technologies (acquired by Shopbox). He was the previous international head of digital for MTV responsible for sales, product and corporate strategy for over 30 markets outside the US. Andy is a founding member of Soho House Shoreditch and serves on the membership committee for Soho House Nordics.
